Refund policy

At Beaurys.com, we ensure that every product is packed and shipped with care. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we are happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.

Eligibility:
Returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted only if the product received is damaged or defective.

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing beaurysluxe@gmail.com with your order details and clear photos of the damaged item.

Refund/Replacement Process:
Once your claim is verified, we will arrange a replacement/exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method.

If your exchange/replacement is approved the product will be delivered within 7-10day 

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within  5–7 business days to process after approval.
